Root Your Practice.

Reclaim Your Place.

Lead with Land.

Build a trauma-responsive, earth connected practice that attracts aligned clients and pays you sustainability in 3-6 months.

If you arrived from the Rooted Practitioner Collective, welcome! Bem-vindo!

This program is the next step: deeper clinical training, founder mentorship, and a full A→Z pathway to ethically launch and scale your earth‑based practice.

We’re living through a polycrisis: ecological collapse, widening social harms, and political instability that erode safety, meaning, and community. Healers are stretched thin, carrying client trauma, systemic grief, and the emotional labor of repair. Many of us return to the land because it can stabilize our nervous systems, restore perspective, and orient our practice toward long‑arc care.

Ecotherapy is more than “doing therapy outside.” It’s an orientation to the world that reminds you how to stabilize yourself, so you can care for others. A way of being that reminds you to steward land, lineage, and belonging spaces through collapse. The work asks us to plant seeds for trees we may never see fully grown, to do justice work that survives our lifetimes. If you feel called to that long‑term, reparative practice, you are not alone.

So much of contemporary nature‑based training leaves critical gaps that harm practitioners and communities.

These include:

Exclusive, homogenous training and extractive frameworks:

Many programs center a narrow eurocentric perspective, erase local and Indigenous land histories, and treat nature as resource rather than relative. This erases knowledge and makes learning spaces feel unsafe or irrelevant for many healers.

Missing trauma‑responsive guidance at the intersection of land and colonial history:

Clinicians are rarely taught how colonial violence and racialized trauma show up in bodies and on the land, and what safe, reparative practice looks like in response.

Physical safety without energetic or spiritual containment:

Training may offer logistics for being outdoors but stop short of protocols for energetic, spiritual, and somatic safety, the containment needed for practitioners and clients whose ancestral or cultural experiences change how they relate to place.

Unequal access to leadership and accountability:

Global Majority practitioners are underrepresented in nature based leadership spaces and white practitioners often lack clear, accountable pathways for reparative allyship.

Professional isolation, imposter syndrome, and undercharging:

Without culturally rigorous training and peer support, healers burn out, doubt their authority, and routinely underprice vital work.

The Decolonized Ecotherapy Blueprint™ addresses these critical gaps with a rigorously comprehensive program.

We combine trauma‑responsive clinical protocols, culturally‑rooted land practice, and a justice‑first pricing + launch pathway inside affinity learning containers designed for safety and relationship. This program offers a one-of-a-kind fully embodied, anticolonial, trauma-responsive, land-and-ancestry-rooted leadership journey for eco-healers, facilitators, therapists, and all stewards of healing. Live calls include facilitated affinity breakout rooms and somatic containment practices so learning is both clinically actionable and energetically safe. Our aim: to train practitioners who can hold land‑based healing without extraction, and to seed sustainable practices that honor them and their communities.

This immersion is for you if you are:

  • An earth‑based therapist, somatic practitioner, or healing leader who wants to practice with cultural integrity and clinical safety.

  • A Global Majority practitioner seeking reparative leadership pathways, advanced clinical tools for land‑work, and sustainable income that reflects your value.

  • A white practitioner ready to step into accountable, decolonial practice with clear frameworks for ethical allyship and repair.

  • A clinician tired of professional isolation, imposter feelings, or undercharging, and who wants a practicing community, concrete protocols, and a pathway to a sustainable, regenerative practice.

In 3 to 6 months you will:

Confidently facilitate trauma‑responsive outdoor and indoor sessions with clear consent, risk, and somatic protocols.

Integrate culturally‑rooted, non‑extractive ecotherapy practices that honor land and lineage.

Build ethically priced offers with your ideal clients and a sustainable business pathway that values your work.

Learn how to balance your soul and nurture your community as a premium fee therapist with pro-bono and low cost offerings (because you won’t be burnt out).

Belong to an embodied community that offers ongoing peer support, mentorship, and reparative accountability.

curriculum

Module 1

Roots &

Reckoning™

Your immersive entry point into the real history, impact, and living legacy of colonization. Not as dry theory, but as the root of collective trauma shaping our bodies, our relationship to the land, and the field of healing itself.

Module 2

Ecosomatic Belonging™

This is the reality checkpoint and necessary passageway for all decolonized, earth-based practitioners. Without this reckoning, there is no ethical, embodied, or sustainable leadership in ecotherapy.

Module 3

The Way of the TREE™

Your next step is not just about skills, it’s about becoming the tree. The Way of the TREE™ (Transpersonal, Relational, Embodied, Emergent) becomes your guiding orientation for eco-healing. Here, you move from isolated knowledge into the living experience of rootedness, connection, and interdependence.

Module 4

Justice & Regeneration Pricing Pathway™

Most of us were never taught how to run a business during our practitioner training, and that is by colonial intent: these systems were not designed for healing leaders like us to thrive, scale, or claim leadership roles. Let's do it anyway.

Module 5

Community

Care & Safety

Practices

A rigorously comprehensive module on trauma-attuned, land-based, and community-engaged healing, designed to prevent practitioner isolation and ensure long-term sustainability.

Module 6

Inclusive Practice

& Embodied Leadership

Here, practitioners move beyond performative accessibility into living, land-centered systems where every bodymind, ancestry, and unique lived history is welcomed and visible-modeled directly after the diversity and relationality of the natural world.

Module 7

Embodied Intuition

& Regenerative Practice

This is your capstone immersion in ritual, seasonality, and the ancestral, spiritual, and somatic practices that make sustainable, earth-based leadership possible. Here, ritual ceases to be optional or abstract: it is the primary method for regenerating self, community, and field.

Value: Priceless

Whether you are seeking the medicine of or the education on this system of healing, Laura and the land you sit and live upon will make a space large enough for you to actually LIVE into - not just live upon.”

I am someone who sits at the intersection of many different minority communities. I'm queer. I'm multiracial. I'm disabled. I was raised in Indigenous ways, and I practice traditional medicine. From the first moment with Laura, we connected first to the land. But this first simple gesture felt like someone speaking my language, creating a space large enough to carry my intersections. Because it wasn't just a practitioner holding me, it was the land holding US. With Laura, I knew that braiding traditional and allopathic medicines wasn't a special exemption, it was a vital part of the process.

— Rachelle D., she/her

“As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I’ve really valued working with Laura. She’s thoughtful, responsive, and a true collaborator, especially when patients need close support around changes or challenges.

What stands out most, though, is the depth of her experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized communities. She brings both skill and genuine care, along with a clear understanding of what her patients are navigating right now. Through her mentoring and coaching, therapists who work with her don’t just gain knowledge, they develop a stronger sense of how to show up, support, and stay grounded in this work. At a time when many of these communities are facing increasing stress and harm, that kind of guidance and community is incredibly valuable.”

— Janine M., she/her

“I just re‑listened to your training again to absorb it more. What Is Decolonized Ecotherapy and Why We Need it Now. That somatic guided grounding was quite powerful for me!!”

— Kelly R.

“Enriching and resourceful, beautiful live training session. It was such a touching spiritual reminder for me to come back to."

— Chandni B.

"These guides deeply resonated in a beautiful way I have only felt intuitively but was not always able to put words to it. I am so deeply in awe and grateful to have met you".

— Ioana M.

My mission:

I used to feel pressure to shrink, as a person and a therapist.

After building my ecotherapy practice from the ground up, I feel liberated and confident, freedom that’s priceless as a daughter of immigrants. I want that same liberation for other healers.

Born between two soils: I am a first‑generation Brasilian‑American raised near Washington D.C. I carried the quiet ache of not‑belonging for most of my life, until Natureza (Portuguese for “nature”) showed me home. So naturally I went to grad school outside. Surrounded by rivers and peaks, the program taught clinical counseling in nature. We learned how healing unfolds outdoors, but I couldn’t ignore the glaring truth: most of my cohort and all of my trainers were white. I was reminded of the pain of not belonging... again.

I will never forget the ache of spiritual burnout, the cost of living in constant code‑switch. The emotional labor of converting cultural and ancestral knowledge into western clinical terms produced sustained exhaustion, persistent self‑doubt, and reluctance to lead. Nature’s abundance grounded me. Seasons taught the lessons; fierce friends held the line, many now ecotherapists. Soul‑aligned relationships, rooted in reciprocity, accountability, and shared values became the scaffolding of my life and my practice.

Fast forward to 2023:

Across the dinner table my husband said, “I want to quit my job.” RELIEF. Not because it fixed everything, but because it made the next step inevitable. Three months later he was home with the babies and I launched my private practice, Natureza Therapy. What a crash course in capacity building! Through personal and planetary upheaval, my work sustained me; for the first time I showed up fully connected and inspired instead of burned out and undervalued.

Centering culture and global‑majority clients. Immersing into deep communal belonging my ancestors and clients delight in. After investing tens of thousands into my business, I want to share what I have learned. The world is on fire—but nature has been here before. Becoming a soul‑aligned ecotherapist isn’t a niche; it’s how to orient yourself to life, practice, and leadership in times of collapse.

If you’re a healer who feels called to the land, I see you, I hear you, and I walk with you.

Join the Natureza Coaching Collective, a reparative, trauma‑informed ecotherapy immersion program with mentorship, pricing & protocol coaching, and affinity communities.

I help healers reclaim cultural stewardship, become trauma‑responsive, confidently price, and reckon with colonial dynamics so your earth‑based work offers genuine, reparative healing and sustains you during these historic times.

FAQ

Who is this for — Global Majority practitioners or white allies?

Both. We prioritize Global Majority leadership, hold affinity spaces for somatic safety, and offer accountability/repair coursework for white allies.

Do I need outdoor facilitation experience?

No. The program teaches trauma‑responsive outdoor facilitation from basic skills to advanced practice. And if you feel uncomfortable in nature, this program is especially for you.

Ecotherapy occurs indoors too, because this work is about a way of being and not about where you are while doing it.

How do affinity spaces function?

Live calls are designed with two communities for learning: A space for global majority healers (the reclamation circle) and a white‑ally space (the reckoning circle). Community calls are never mixed, and are a place to gather, celebrate each other, support one another, answer questions as practice evolves, and hear from experts in their eco fields (in tier 2).

Are payment plans available?

Yes, both tiers offer payment plans (3 month in house 0%) or extended payment plans through buy now pay later financing plans. Founding‑member discounts apply to the first 6 founding members only.

Is this clinical supervision?

The program offers advanced facilitation mentorship and peer supervision; it is not a substitute for licensing-required clinical supervision.

Will I get CEUs?

We are exploring CEU pathways. Flag your CEU interest on the application to help prioritize documentation.
