The 3 Roots of our Clinical, Experiential & Business Training Programs for Therapists Living and Working through Polycrisis.
Build a sustainable, justice driven, earth rooted therapy practice that sustains your income and spirit.
I help licensed therapists, social workers, trauma workers, and somatic clinicians resource themselves through my 3 L's framework: Land, Lineage, and Liberation, so that they can heal their people, pay themselves well, and plant seeds for our collective liberation that exists on the other side of this collapse.
This work is for healers who:

Inside, you'll find:
Most clinical training programs, nature therapy learning spaces included, leave critical gaps that harm practitioners and the communities they serve, especially Global Majority therapists and clients. These gaps include:
You're taught clinical skills, but not how to stabilize your own nervous system, orient to land as teacher, or sustain yourself through collapse.
Many programs center a narrow eurocentric perspective, erase local and Indigenous knowledge, and treat nature as resource rather than relative, making learning spaces feel unsafe or irrelevant for many healers.
Clinicians are rarely taught how colonial violence and racialized trauma show up in bodies and on the land, and what safe, reparative practice looks like in response.
Training may offer logistics for being outdoors but stop short of protocols for energetic, spiritual, and somatic safety, the containment needed for practitioners and clients whose ancestral or cultural experiences change how they relate to place.
Global Majority practitioners are underrepresented in leadership spaces, and white practitioners often lack clear, accountable pathways for reparative allyship.
Without culturally rigorous training and peer support, healers burn out, doubt their authority, and routinely underprice vital, life-saving work.
You're expected to build a sustainable practice without ever being taught pricing, marketing, or how to unpack the internalized oppression that keeps you small, scared, and relying on extractive systems.
These gaps aren't an accident. They were designed to keep healing leaders like you dependent, undervalued, and unable to lead. The system we live in doesn't want you to stabilize yourself, trust your authority, or build liberated income.
Let's do it anyway.
Choose the pathway that meets you where you are. Every program is rooted in the same foundation: Land, Lineage, and Liberation. Each one is designed to help you resource yourself, reclaim your authority, and build a practice that heals your people, pays you well, and survives collapse.
A best-in-class decolonial leadership and practice accelerator for licensed clinicians ready to reclaim lineage, build justice-driven, premium-fee practices, and lead with integrity.

Tell Me More →She brings fierce compassion and nuance to this work, holding systems accountable while offering grounded, practical ways for clients to relate differently to themselves, others, and the world around them. Her work brings humanity back to therapy in a way that feels both deeply thoughtful and genuinely transformative
I am someone who sits at the intersection of many different minority communities. I'm queer. I'm multiracial. I'm disabled. I was raised in Indigenous ways, and I practice traditional medicine. For most of my life, therapists largely hurt me because they could not hold my many identities or understand how those intersections shaped my world and my internal responses. I always felt I either had to hide one or two identities lest the therapist force me to choose one, or I would have to educate the provider on how those identities shaped my life. Or even worse, discredit the science and legitimacy of the Indigenous medicine that I use every day for my practice, for my family, and for my life. From the first moment of a session with Laura, we connected first to the land. But this first simple gesture felt like someone speaking my language, creating a space large enough to carry my intersections. Because it wasn't just a practitioner holding me, it was the land holding US. With Laura, I knew that braiding traditional and allopathic medicines wasn't a special exemption - it was a vital part of the process. Whether you are seeking the medicine of or the education on this system of healing, Laura and the land you sit and live upon will make a space large enough for you to actually LIVE into - not just live upon.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I’ve really valued working with Laura. She’s thoughtful, responsive, and a true collaborator, especially when patients need close support around changes or challenges. What stands out most, though, is the depth of her experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized communities. She brings both skill and genuine care, along with a clear understanding of what her patients are navigating right now. Through her mentoring and coaching, therapists who work with her don't just gain knowledge, they develop a stronger sense of how to show up, support, and stay grounded in this work. At a time when many of these communities are facing increasing stress and harm, that kind of guidance and community is incredibly valuable.
After just two coaching sessions, I'm already putting more of myself into sessions. It allows the counseling session to go deeper, faster. I'm giving myself permission to bring more of myself, a distinct shift from my master's program.
The Rooted Practitioners' course has been a breath of fresh air! The lessons are perfectly crafted to help you take this into your work, not just mentally but emotionally and somatically. Lastly, the mentorship sessions are great because she's attuned to your emotional journey but also your needs and dreams! I cannot wait to delve into my next and every subsequent lesson with curiosity and openess to what unfolds! Would highly recommend course and Laura!
